I’m not sure what to make of Missa Kate’s ring gear. Mark Henry asks if she’s wearing pyjama’s. My first thought is “people of Wal-Mart”. Not sure what her angle is. Not sure what to make of her look.

Kate gets a bit of offence in working over Ruby in the corner. She’s vocal in the ring, good at reacting to the audience and even got the crowd to start a “Ruby” chant so she’s clearly got some awareness of how to work a crowd. Missa hits a good pump kick, gets a 2-count. Ruby finally catches a spinning kick from Missa Kate, turns it into the Destination Unknown for the win. It kind of helps put over her finisher as one that can come out of no where. This match felt more functional then there to tell a story, unless I missed it. Decent showing for Kate, her 112th career match.
Note: Just because I give a match a low rating doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it for what it was nor is it necessarily a commentary on the competitors. Not all matches are meant to be 3-to-5 star matches.
