Shades of Terry Gordy.
Miranda attacks Ruby before the bell. Ruby quickly turns it around but then runs into the issue of size disparity as the bigger Gordy easily reverses an Irish whip and then goes on the offensive.
Excalibur makes us aware that Miranda is the daughter of legend Terry Gordy of the Fabulous Freebirds and she kind of has a brawling style. This actually a much better showcase for Gordy than last week. This match actually shows off her size and power.
Soho is eventually able to muscle out a side suplex then a back heel trip and finally the Destination Unknown for the win.
Super quick match that didn’t really further anything for Ruby but gave us a quick look on Miranda Gordy as a prospect. TIL the word “Bourgeois” as I sat trying to read what Miranda’s trunks say on the back (Bad & Bourgeois).
