Brittany (aka Brittany Jade) is back for her 4th AEW match and only 17th wrestling match at 24 years old, she’s very new to pro wrestling.
Statlander comes out to one fuck of a pop. The chyron shows that Statlander is ranked #3 in the women’s division. Match opens up with some chain wrestling when Statlander gets her head caught in a scissor hold. Statlander handstands out of it then flips to her feet and dropkicks Brittany. Holy shit is this woman impressive!
It’s essentially academic from there. Statlander hits an impressive power slam. We get a tease of the Night Fever finisher but Brittany escapes out. Statlander whips her into the ropes, Brittany attempts a Crucifix Bomb (a pretty impressive maneuver for anyone no matter their experience level) but Kris hikes her onto her shoulders then maneuvers Brittany into a Night Fever for the win.
Kris Statlander is so physically impressive and so loved by the AEW crowd. You can just feel the audience is waiting to accept her as one of the faces of the whole division. And with that, I’ll just plug my article Kris Statlander Is Ready.
