Dark Elevation opens with Julia Hart which kind of shows how much they trust her to get the crowd up and on their feet.
Julia does her normal standing in the corner and wait for her opponent to make the first move. It’s a full 32 seconds before they lockup. Julia pushes Alice into the corner. Alice dodges an attack and get some strikes in. Julia hair throws Alice to the mat and then hits a standing moonsault. She pins but then lifts Crowley’s head off the mat after one.
Julia continues the assault and has a good spot getting in Referee Stephon Smith’s face, spooking him. Hart drops Crowley with a lariat to the back of the neck and then applies the Hartless Lock for the win.
Julia luxuriates in her spots just a little bit longer in this match, which I think is a positive. Eventually, if her character can get really over these spots between moves are gonna be good heat makers.
