Rocky Radley makes her AEW debut. Outside of AEW, Rocky has 58 career matches. For more on Rocky, I’m again turning to AEW Enhancement Talent (@AEWEnhance) on Twitter for some background info:
Diamanté starts the match with an ankle takedown. Rocky gets up and Diamanté grabs a headlock leading to some chain wrestling. Radley creates some separation with a forearm shot to the face followed by a dropkick and then another forearm shot that sends Diamanté to the corner. Diamanté avoids a spear in the corner and returns with a running dropkick. Rocky absorb some punishment in the corner before the two exchanged some strikes back and forth. Diamanté tried for a trio of German Suplexes but Radley prevented the third. Finish would come when Diamanté would take down Rocky with a half straightjacket into a submission. It’s a bit hard to describe, luckily I don’t have to:
I thought Rocky showed some good timing and her forearm strikes looked very good. She actually got a decent amount of offence in this one. We’ll see if she’s back soon!
