Heather Reckless is quite petit! According to Cage Match she’s 4’9”. She reminds me of Kristen Bell. Anna debuts a rope-launched arm drag and a flat liner. I accept that Flat Liners are hear to stay but I’ve never liked them. To me they’ve always looked like you’re taking a Rock Bottom except we’re supposed to accept that it now hurts the other person. Ah well.

Reckless gets in some offence with a shotgun drop kick and some kicks in the corner. Anna then starts basically just running over Reckless over and over. I really like Anna Jay’s running Round House in the corner, she went for a rollin glow drop kick. It wasn’t as smooth but the fact that she powered through and hit it shows her athleticism. She then setup Reckless for what looked like was gonna be a Monkey Flip but she only used one leg which turned Heather’s body away from her. This left Reckless falling backwards into the waiting arms of Anna Jay who locked in the Queen Slayer for the win.
It’s good to see Anna Jay continue to develop her offensive repertoire. She’s extremely impressive for someone who’s had 59(!) career matches! Heath Reckless did a lot of bumping for a match this short. Heather for her part has only had 104 career matches with 3 years under her belt!
Note: Just because I give a match a low rating doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it for what it was nor is it necessarily a commentary on the competitors. Not all matches are meant to be 3-to-5 star matches.
